Born under a family that has made countless pieces of jewelry using the gems and crystals of the mines from her father's(Jasper) mining factory and Mother's(Opal) jewelry company Eva has been in a stable household all her life. However things changed when she was finally granted access to see her father's new discovery within one of the new mining caves. What they found was a whole cave entrance filled to the brim of rainbow glowing prismatic crystals and gems. Everything was blocked by dense clear wall made of the crystal itself A near unbreakable doorway that grows when the miners tried to go around It was clear something was keeping them from getting any closerIn the end, Eva's father and his miners left the mysterious cave alone, not even letting the press find out about it, not until Eva's father deemed it safe Though there would be days Eva would travel to get a feel for the cave as she sensed that there was something about it that felt alive somehow She spent time in the cave, so much so, some workers started calling her crazy which made her parents worry until one day Eva walked it without any gloves Which her father was always very specific about wearing gloves near the crystals as some may be highly reactive to moisture and oils found in the hands But she went in without a pair anyway. Without hesitation she reached out and touched the clear crystal wall and out of nowhere the crystal started enveloping Eva in a crystal prison After some time she was realized and the crystal wall was goneNot knowing what this meant, Eva went back to her father and told him the news but when the two looked around the crystal cave, Eva turned all protective when her father came close to touching one of the Crystals After that Eva's father deemed the caves unsafe and ordered the mines to be moved elsewhere and hired Eva to be the crystal caves "protector"
While also constantly learning even more about the prism caves every day
Prism Abilities:
Prism crystals are a living form of crystal
(similar to how Chaos is a living form of water)
Only difference is that the crystals don't have a physical moving form (only form is that of crystals and gems )
The crystals are very weary of anything that is alive/ organic matter and to protect itself it's creates guardians which is what Eva isWhen Eva pressed her ungloved hand on the prism, it reacted by engulfing her in prismatic crystal, making her unable to breath for a few minutes, only to dissolve after it had given Eva the ability to summon the prism however she pleased
In turn Eva is now their guardian, being able to turn the prism's thoughts into action, being able to getting rid of any unwanted guestsThis however makes Eva part of the crystal which means if she ever gets hurt she can heal herself but not others
If she gets scratched/scraped, bits of prism will show in place of blood
(This makes her very durable)
Also she can no longer swim, if she attempts Eva will sinkThe prism itself when nearby or at the location of it's home cave is as tough as tungsten metal, however the further Eva is from home cave makes the prism extremely weak and prone to breaking far more easily

bringing in the metal virus, Eva not only protects some people in her cave (mainly close family and servants) before a crowd of contaminated people come around the cave
Eva does make contact but doesn't get infected
The prism crystal protects her from becoming contaminated seeing as it's not an organic form
And when Eva gains her powers she became fused with the prism's qualities2.-

Rikky' parents were expert thieves Locke and Nyx, were together for many years, from partners to lovers only..one exception...it was a bit toxic, when Nyx was pregnant with Rikky Locke tried to kill her, so in self defense she killed him and soon left Rikky once she was born into an orphanage with nothing but a nameGrowing up Rikky never had it easy
She was constantly bullied at the orphanage for being a girl and wanting to play with the boysYears went by and Rikky was left alone, with even the caretakers only feeding them every now and then, Rikky always had to fight for her place in lineWhen she was adopted, it didn't get easier, her parents resorted to child abuse for many years, no one knowing anything about the truth until she ran away and stayed hidden until a kind old man tought her how family was supposed to be like, bathing her, dressing her, and be able to teach her all sorts of things.
Like being able to shoot a bottle with a rifleLife with Bruce was the best and Rikky never forgot about him, even after his death, however before he died he was able to get her a job as a soldier for her was a soldier too, in fact a very infamous one, so much so only a letter of recommendation and ID was needed for her to get inThankfully, Rikky would stay at the bunks for actually a good couple of years until she could afford a house and a wedding ring for Shing, where they both stayed(along with their constant third wheel Onyx :)
